Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs lightly with fork. Add in lowfat milk and sugar and beat again, till well mixed. Microwave on high 4-6 min, stirring every 2 min, just till custard starts to thicken (it will continue cooking after it is out of the microwave). Stir in extract. Pour into 6 custard c., cover c. with waxed paper, and let custard cold. Chill to set. Serves 6.
