  1. Cook meat till crumbly. Drain off grease. Add in liquid removed kidney beans to meat. Cook beans with meat. Cold meat and beans. In another bowl (large) cut up lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and grated cheese. Put meat into salad mix. Mix together. Add in thousand island dressing. Fold in. Crunch package of Dorito chips on top. Fold in salad. Serve with French bread and fruit.
  2. Serves 4 to 6.
