Ingredients
- 2 sticks real butter
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- 5 lg. large eggs
- 3 c. white, granulated sugar
- 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 c. cake flour
- 1 teaspoon each vanilla, coconut, almond, lemon, butternut and rum flavorings
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon all 6 flavorings used in cake
Directions
- Cream butter and shortening with sugar. Add in large eggs one at a time. Put together with other ingredients and mix well. Bake at 275 degrees in a greased Bundt or possibly tube pan for 1 hour 45 min. Good while hot or possibly may be frosted as follows.
- Mix all ingredients and pour over cake while it is still warm. This is an extra moist cake.
