Ingredients
- 1 pkg. egg roll noodles
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 5 to 6 pork chops
- Green onion
- Celery
Directions
- Grind pork chops and fry with soy sauce (to taste). Grind rest of ingredients and add in to pork chop and cold. Wrap in egg roll noodles and seal with egg. Deep fry till golden. Makes approximately 10 egg rolls.
