  • 1 1/2 lb lean grnd beef
  • 1 bn green onions Garlic-herb seasoning to taste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 x egg
  • 2 Tbsp. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt cheese scalloped potatoes
  • 1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. water Seasoned salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients together well and form into meatballs around 1 inch in diameter. Place potatoes in the slow cooker, then meatballs. Mix potato seasoning packet with soup and water, salt, and pepper; pour over meatballs and potato slices.
  2. Cover crockpot and cook on Low for 5 1/2 to 7 hrs. Add in thawed frzn vegetables for the last hour, if you like.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
