Ingredients

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. minced onion
1 teaspoon coarsely grnd or possibly cracked pepper
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or possibly steak sauce
2 lbs. round or possibly chuck beef

Directions

Mix all ingredients and marinate for several hrs, then place on skewers with chunks of tomato, green pepper, mushrooms and onions. Brush with marinade sauce and barbecue on a charcoal grill.
