Ingredients
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1/2 c. wine or possibly wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
Directions
- Combine ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate all day or possibly overnight before barbecuing. Serves 6.
