- 1/4 tsp Clove
- 1/4 lb Apple Sauce
- 1Â 1/4 lb Butter
- 2Â 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 3 quart Chicken Stock
- 2Â 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1Â 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
- 2 quart Light Cream (Warm)
Directions
- Cook all ingredients till smooth and warm - simmer 15 min. Finish with cream.
