Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Teriyaki sauce, about
- 1/2 c. Sweet vermouth, about minced garlic to taste
- 1 tsp Beau Monde, spice mix**
Directions
- **Purchase in spice section of market.
- Make diagonal slices, not too deep in flank steak. Marinade it at least four hrs. I do it overnight. Cook over warm barbeque, turn after 4 to 5 minutes., and watch carefully. If desired it rare. Slice in very thin slices across the grain. Wonderful!!!
