Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except steak. Pour over steak in large plastic bag in shallow pan. Let stand in refrigerator about 5 hrs, turning several times. Grill about 2-inches above coals to desired doneness on each side. Slice steak diagonally, across grain.
  2. Serves 4 people.
