Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Oil
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 x Green onion, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 1/2 lb Flank steak or possibly other meat
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except meat, in a glass 9x13 dish. Add in meat and turn to coat. Cover and chill 5 hrs or possibly more, turning occasionally.
- Remove meat from marinade Reserve marinade. Grill or possibly cook meat. Heat marinade to rolling boil. Pass warm marinade with meat.
