Ingredients
- 2 pound stew meat
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 3 potatoes, peeled & minced
- 3/4 soup can of water or possibly wine
- 4 carrots, cleaned & minced
- 1 (16 ounce.) can English peas
Directions
- Combine meat, soup, onion and potatoes in covered casserole or possibly pot. Add in water or possibly wine. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Cover and cook for 5 hrs in 250 degree oven. Add in carrots and peas and cook for 30 min more. Serve with corn bread or possibly noodles.
