Directions

  1. Roll a slice of ham, strip of cheese and chili in a tortilla. Put in a casserole dish. Make the white sauce. Add in butter and flour in sauce pan.
  2. Cook together a few min and add in lowfat milk. Cook, stirring till the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the tortilla rolls. Top with cheddar cheese and chili pwdr. Bake 40 minutes at 350 F.
