Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1/2 c. taco sauce
- 2 sm. avocados
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 T oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (4 ounce) can minced green chilies
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) jar ripe olives
- 1 1/2 c. green onions, finely minced
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream, or possibly IMO
- 1 1/2 c. finely minced tomatoes
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large bag Doritos
Directions
- Put together beans and taco sauce; mix well and spread on bottom of baking dish. Mash avocados and blend lime juice, oil and garlic salt. Spread carefully over bean layer. Layer next six ingredients over avocado layer. Serves 12 to 16 people.
