Ingredients
- 1 lb Confectioners' sugar Flavoring
- 3 ounce Softened cream cheese Food coloring
Directions
- Mash softened cream cheese, add in powdered sugar gradually till candy mix becomes like a stiff pie dough, approximately 3 3/4 c.. (If using more than one color and flavoring, separate candy mix into individual bowls). Add in desired flaoring (approximately 1/2 tsp for entire amount) and coloring a little at a time till desired shade is reached. Roll into small balls, roll balls in granlated sugar. Flatten, or possibly preee ball into rubber candy mold, unmolding at once. Candies freeze well. Approximately 90 candies.
