Italian Style Chili Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd beef, lean
  • 3/4 c. Onion, minced
  • 1 x 26 ounce. jar pasta sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. Water 1 cn Whole tomatoes,undrained))) Broken up.
  • 1 can Sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1/3 c. Pepperoni, sliced (2 ounce)
  • 1 Tbsp. Beef bouillon, granulated Or possibly
  • 3 x Bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Directions

  1. In large kettle or possibly Dutch oven, brown meat with onion; pour off fat. Add in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 30 minutes., stirring occasionally. Garnish as desired. Chill leftovers.
