Ingredients
- 1 c. Choc chips,divided
- 1/4 c. Minced pecans
- 1 x Pastry shell,baked
- 1/4 c. Caramel topping
- 16 ounce Cream cheese,softened
- 3/4 c. Confectioners' sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Whipping cream Whipped cream and additional chco chips, pecans and carmael topping for garnish, optional
Directions
- Sprinkle 1/4 c. of choc chips and pecans into pastry shell.Pour caramel topping over chips and pecans.In a bowl,beat cream cheese adn sugar till smooth.In a saucepan over low heat,cook and stir cream adn remaining chips till smooth.Gradually add in to the cream cheese mix;mix well.Carefully spread into pastry shell.Garnish as desired.
