One of my favorite desserts, so simple to make, yet so rich is a Toll House Cookie Pie. It's even fun just saying it!! It can be made with or with out the nuts, but the nuts do tend to add to the body of the pie. Serve it still a little warm with fresh whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.....now that's down home decadence!!

  4. Mix in Walnuts and Chocolate Chips and pour into pie shell
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until firm in the center.
  6. Don't worry it will look like it is getting too dark, its just the top crisping up
