Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 c. Onion -- chopped
- 1 x clove Garlic -- chopped
- 8 ounce Tomato Sauce
- 1/3 c. Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dry Sherry
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper -- coarsely grnd
Directions
- Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat till warm. Add in onion and garlic; cook and stir till onion is tender. Add in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 20 min. Serve over grilled chicken, pork, spareribs, salmon or possibly hamburgers.
