1 x Clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 can Tomato sauce, (8oz.)
1/2 c. Honey
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

Directions

Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil till softened. Add in remaining ingredients and bring mix to boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
Tip: Marinate chicken or possibly beef in sauce; brush on additional sauce during grilling.
