Herb Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 med. chicken breasts (skinned, split lengthwise, boned & cubed)
  • 2 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 3 tomatoes, cut up

Directions

  1. Combine 3/4 c. cool water with flour, bouillon, salt, basil and oregano. In a large skillet or possibly wok, stir fry onions and garlic in warm oil till tender. Remove from skillet, stir-fry chicken half at a time for 3-4 min (add in more oil if necessary).
  2. Remove chicken from skillet. Add in zucchini, stir fry 5 min. Add in bouillon mix and tomatoes; cook and stir till bubbly. Add in chicken again with onions. Cook 1 minute longer. Serve with rice or possibly chow mein noodles.
