- THE PRALINE: Grease baking sheet. Combine sugar and water in heavy bottomed saucepan. Heat on high heat with minimum stirring till sugar turns amber. Take off heat. Stir in nuts. Spread on baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour. Grind finely in cuisinart.
- CRUST: Combine all ingredients, press in 8" springform pan. Chill.
