Ingredients
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. oil
Directions
- Add in vinegar to lowfat milk (preferably in a glass measuring c.) and set aside. In a good size mixing bowl, beat egg. Add in baking soda to lowfat milk mix and beat with a spoon till frothy. Add in to beaten egg and blend together. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add in oil and mix well again. Cook on a warm griddle, turning when bubbles form on the first side. Serve hot with favorite toppings.
