Directions

  1. Add in vinegar to lowfat milk (preferably in a glass measuring c.) and set aside. In a good size mixing bowl, beat egg. Add in baking soda to lowfat milk mix and beat with a spoon till frothy. Add in to beaten egg and blend together. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add in oil and mix well again. Cook on a warm griddle, turning when bubbles form on the first side. Serve hot with favorite toppings.
