  • 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans, minced
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. In large bowl, stir in first 5 ingredients till well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 min or possibly till knife inserted half-way between center and edge comes out clean. Cold.
