Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat Large eggs. Add in sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter. Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry crust. Arrange pecans in a layer on top of crust. Add in egg mix. Bake 50-60 min till golden. Nuts will rise to the top to create a crusted layer. 6-8 servings.
