- Over low heat cook rice, lowfat milk and 1/2 c. sugar to consistency of oatmeal. In a bowl, mix 3 Large eggs and 2 c. of sugar together; fold into cooking rice. Shut off gas and add in 1 c. cool water. Mix it and put in bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon and let it cold, then chill.
