Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs, well beaten till light and fluffy
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1 c. lowfat milk Not reduced fat

Directions

  1. Cream softened butter and sugar. Add in well-beaten Large eggs and beat. Add in remaining ingredients and beat thoroughly.
  2. Bake in greased and floured 7 1/2 x 11 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 25 to 27 min till cake tests done with toothpick.
