Ingredients

  • 4 x pitted ripe peaches cut in chunks, and frzn
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly-grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse. Slowly add in about 8 Tbsp. water till mix has a slushy consistency.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
