Add a photoGot this from a friend while working in Sprinfield, Illinois. Too bad we can't get frozen juice concentrates in Spain - but we have plenty of fresh limes so I make my own concentrate.
Ingredients
- 1 medium can (14 oz.) fruit cocktail, drained; reserve liquid
- 1 medium can (14 oz.) peach halves, drained: reserve liquid
- 1/2 can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 to 1 cup Vodka
- crushed ice
Directions
- Pureé fruits in blender.
- Add reserved liquids and limeade concentrate (or fresh lime juice to taste) and blend well.
- Add Vodka and blend again.
- Then add enough crushed ice to make of desired consistency.
- Keep in freezer at least 1 hour before serving.
