  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan, 15-1/2 X 10-1/2 X 1 inch.
  2. Stuff fish with Fruit Stuffing. Close openings with skewers or possibly wooden picks if necessary. Place fish in pan. Mix margarine and lemon juice. Drizzle over fish. Bake uncovered 15 to 18 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork. 4 SERVINGS
  3. NOTES : To Grill: Grease wire grill. Place stuffed fish on grill. Cover and grill about 4 inches from medium coals 12 to 15 min, turning fish once and brushing occasionally with margarine mix till fish flakes easily with fork. FRUIT STUFFING: Mix all ingredients till liquid is absorbed
