  • 2 lb asparagus
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 x 12 oz can of beer salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, seasoned salt and Italian seasoning to taste extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix flour and seasonings together. Add in beer to dry ingredients, mixing slowly till thick sufficient to cling to asparagus. Cut asparagus into 2-inch pcs. Heat extra virgin olive oil. Deep fry the coated asparagus in 2 inches of extra virgin olive oil till golden, turning once.
