Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp finely minced fresh ginger
- 1 x juice of one lime
- 1 x juice of one lemon
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard pwdr
- 1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. peanut oil Tuna
- 8 ounce fresh tuna
- 1 sm head Boston lettuce, washed and torn into bite sized pcs
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 2 x green onion, minced
- 1 sm chili pepper, seeded, minced
- 1 x pink grapefruit, cut into segments
Directions
- Combine all dressing ingredients together. Whisk together well.
- Tuna:Rub both sides of tuna with about 2 Tbsp. of the dressing.
- Cook tuna over high heat on a grill or possibly under the broiler for about 4 min on each side. Set aside.
- Add in green onions and minced pepper to the remaining dressing.
- Arrange lettuce and sprouts on a plate. Place tuna on top of lettuce and sprouts. Drizzle liberally with dressing and garnish with grapefruit segments.
