Ingredients
- 3 lb Flounder fillets
- 2 x Onions, minced
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 can Beer
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 5 x Peppercorns
- 2 x Cloves
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
Directions
- Cut fillets in serving size pcs. Brown onions in butter ; add in flour; cook 3 min. Add in beer and remaining ingredients except vinegar. Cook over low heat, stirring till thickened. Add in fillets, cover and cook, till fish is done. Add in vinegar, cook 2 min longer. Serve.
