  • 9" deep dish pie crust, unbaked
  • 1 generous c. ham, chicken or possibly beef, cooked & minced
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar or possibly Swiss
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • Dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Sprinkle meat on bottom of pie crust. Next, add in the grated cheese. Mix Large eggs, soup and pepper in a bowl; pour over meat/cheese mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 min or possibly till a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
