Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Large eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
3/4 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 c. minced nuts (opt.)

Directions

Heat butter, add in sugar then Large eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add in sifted dry ingredients. After mixing divide dough in half. Place on floured wax paper in rolls. Let set in refrigerator till hard sufficient to slice. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees till brown.
