Ingredients
- 1 c. light or possibly dark brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 3 c. flour
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar, add in egg; sifted dry ingredients and pecans. Shape in long rolls about 2 inches in diameter, place on platter, cover with a towel and leave in refrigerator overnight. Slice in thin slices and bake at 375 degrees for 5 min or possibly till golden. Makes 6 dozen.
