Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 pound almonds with skins, grnd fine
- Healthy pinch salt
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in large eggs and beat. Mix cinnamon, cloves and salt with flour and add in. Add in grnd almonds. Divide into quarters, roll, refrigerate, slice and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min till brownish. Best on second day.
