Ingredients
- 32 ounce. pkg. hash brown patties
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2 c. crushed corn flake cereal
Directions
- 1. Shred hash brown patties and mix above 5 ingredients. Spread in rectangular baking pan.
- 2. Heat 1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick). Crush 2 c. corn flakes and mix together, sprinkle on top of the hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 min. Feeds 12.
