This soup uses premade items to make it fast.
Ingredients
- 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans Beef Broth, low sodium
- 1 Pkg (24 oz) Frozen Vegetable & Pasta Medley
- in Garlic Sauce
- 1 lb Low Fat Smoked Sausage, sliced into 1/2" pieces
- 1 can Kidney Beans, rinsed & drained
- 1/4 c Chopped Onion
- 1 lg Tomato, chopped
- I t Dried Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 t Dried Basil
- 1 t Dried Parsley Flakes
- Olive Oil, optional
- Parmesan Cheese, optional
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except oil and cheese in sauce pan. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve in bowls drizzled with a little olive oil and some parmesan cheese.
