Ingredients
- 1 (17 1/4 ounce.) pkg. Pillsbury lemon cake mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce.) pkg. Pillsbury lemon frosting mix
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Directions
- Combine cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Mix with fork till moist. Pat into greased 13 x 9 inch pan on bottom only. Blend frosting mix into cream cheese. Reserve 1/2 c. of cheese and frosting mix. Add in 2 Large eggs to remaining frosting mix. Beat 3 to 5 min. Spread over cake mix. Bake for 30 to 40 min in 350 degree oven. Cold; spread with reserved frosting mix.
