Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Hard tofu, liquid removed and crumbled (10 1/2 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced carrot
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced green or possibly red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced celery (opt)
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced green onion
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Warm sauce
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy mayonnaise (opt)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ingredients together, and you're done.
  2. Makes 4sandwiches or possibly serves 6-8 as a dip.
