  • 2 c. unsweetened frzn blueberries thawed
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Atkins Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup
  • 1 tsp grated orange rind

Directions

  1. Process blueberries, water, syrup and rind in blender till smooth. Pour into plastic ice pop molds. Freeze till solid, about 3 hrs.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
