Ingredients
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 sm. onion, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (best if freshly grnd)
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
Directions
- Mix ingredients. Pour over chicken. Marinate overnight. Use to baste chicken while it's cooking on the grill.
