Directions

  1. LEMON SNOW: Combine sugar, gelatin and salt in saucepan. Add in water, stir till gel is dissolved 3 to 6 min. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and rind. Pour in bowl and refrigeratetill thick. Beat till light and fluffy then beat 2 egg whites stiff. Add in gel to whites and beat till mix holds shape.
  2. CUSTARD SAUCE: Scald lowfat milk in boiler, beat egg yolks slightly, add in sugar, salt, add in to lowfat milk. Pour back in boiler and cook till custard coats a spoon. Add in vanilla. Cold and chill.
