Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can ready to spread vanilla frosting
  • 1 c. finely minced nuts

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, frosting, lemon juice and rind in a large bowl at medium speed with electric mixer till well blended. Stir in nuts and cover and chill till serving time.
  2. Fill an attractive container and set in the middle of a tray of fresh fruits (apples, grapes, dates, banana slices, pears, strawberries or possibly whatever is available.)
