Directions

  1. Put together sugar and lowfat milk in heavy 2 qt saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till mix reaches 236 degrees (soft ball stage).Remove from heat. Add in peanut butter, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Beat to blend mix. Pour into lightly buttered 8" square baking pan. Cool completely.
  2. Heat chocolate morsels over hot water in the top of a double boiler and stir to blend. Spread over cooled fudge. Cut into 1 1/4" squares. Makes 36 pcs or possibly 1 3/4 pound
