Ingredients
- 2 to 3 pts. fresh strawberries, stems removed
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. water
- 3 ounce. strawberry Jello
- Baked & cooled deep dish pie crust
- Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream
Directions
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and Jello. Cook over medium high heat till thick and transparent. Cold. Put berries into a baked and cooled deep dish pie crust and pour Jello mix over berries. Chill. Top with Cold Whip or possibly whipped cream when ready to serve.
