Ingredients
- 2 quart lowfat milk, scalded
- 4 pkt Knox gelatin
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pt cream
- 1 can Carnation lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions
- Bring lowfat milk almost to a boil. Then soften gelatin in water (2 Tbsp. for each pkg.). Add in this to warm lowfat milk. Also add in the sugar and salt to the warm lowfat milk. Cold. Add in cream and vanilla last and freeze.
