  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Minced green pepper or possibly celery to taste
  • 1 sm. box Minute Rice
  • 1/4 c. (about) parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Pour 2 c. reserved liquids into saucepan; add in soup, stirring to blend. Add in next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add in remaining ingredients; cook over low heat for 8 min.
