Crab Meat Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Parsley flakes
  • 3 tsp Dry sherry
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 can (6 ounce.) crab meat, liquid removed and cartilage removed Or possibly
  • 1 pkt (6 ounce. Frzn crab meat, thawed and liquid removed

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill to blend flavors, about 2 hrs.
  2. Serve with raw vegetables or possibly toast rounds.
